For SaaS vendors selling through AWS Marketplace
AWS Offer DeskYour AWS Marketplace SaaS listing and its private offers - not job offers, not sales quotes.
Paste your AWS Marketplace SaaS listing setup and a private offer draft, and get the fit verdict, the irreversible choices, the exact fee tier and the offer pre-check against AWS Marketplace rules, then the listing plan or the offer review. Your browser flags registering with your main production account, a pricing model your sales team does not close, a duplicate dimension API name, a second price change inside 90 days† of an increase, a private offer before a public paid listing, commit-burn language without the Deployed on AWS badge and installments that do not add up, and computes the fee on the total contract value - 3%†, 2%† or 1.5%†, plus 0.5%† through a reseller and 1%† for a South Korea buyer.

A dimension is its API name plus its kind. API names never change; custom dimensions added for offers cannot be removed.
The private offer draft free optional - the offer review needs it
An installment is its index plus its date. They must add up to the total contract value.

How it works - and what is sourced
The checks follow the skill's commitments you cannot undo, its fit verdict, its listing-type and pricing-model ladder, its path to the first deal, its private-offer rules, its co-sell ladder and its money rules, plus its private-offer reference (the buyer pre-check, offer settings, changing a signed deal, resellers and commitment drawdown). The fit verdict reads three answers: where the product runs, who buys, and whether someone owns offers. The register lists each choice that cannot be undone with the item it names - a dimension is its API name plus its kind - and leaves the owner and the date unassigned until you name them.
The fee runs on the pre-tax total contract value, whatever the payment schedule: 3%† for a SaaS public offer; a new private offer pays 3%† under $1M†, 2%† from $1M† to $10M† and 1.5%† above; every renewal pays 1.5%† at any size; a reseller (CPPO) adds 0.5%† on the wholesale price, out of your payout; a buyer in South Korea adds 1%†; professional services pay 0.5%†, or 0%† inside a qualifying multi-product offer set - the page cannot see that set, so it computes 0.5%† and says to check eligibility. When professional services are included, their amount sits inside the total and is billed on its own line; the SaaS line is the rest, or the wholesale price through a reseller.
Every AWS figure carries a dagger: 90 days† of frozen pricing after a public price increase; public terms of 1, 12, 24 or 36 months†; a free trial of 7-90 days†; the 20%† public fee on AMI, container and ML listings; Public review in 7-10 business days† and 3-6 weeks† from registration to Public; ISV Accelerate after 5 launched† and 15 qualified† opportunities and $2,000† of AWS revenue; AWS-referred opportunities answered within 5 business days†; FTR in roughly 2-4 weeks†; field engagement 6-12 months† after listing; Net 15 to Net 120†; private-offer currencies USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and JPY†. Practitioner claims are labelled reported: KYC up to two weeks, reported; offers set to 30 days and extended rather than long-dated, reported. The timeline's week of Limited testing is the page's own assumption, named where it is used.
